What Could Be The Large Yellow Head Spot On Scrotum And How To Remove It?
Hello I ve got a large yellow head spot on my scrotum and some tiny spots aswell, and my penis is like dotty( up the underneath bit is a few tiny dots, what is it and how can I remove them and I shower most of the time and my penis smells all the time even after I ve washed it

As you describe it appears to be the fungal infection, may be with
super infection with the bacterial infection.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms grisofulvin,cefalexin,ornidazole, and ketokonazole soap.
