Hi, welcome to HCM. Thanks for asking your query at this forum.
We understand your concern. I have read your question carefully and understood it. I will try my best to answer it.

As you told that since last few days you could not sleep well. It appears that since last few days you are experiencing some stressful condition. It may be due to some recent change in your life like- change of place, separation from a loved one, change of job, increased pressure of performance at work/society, facing a crisis situation or any unfortunate event, recent interpersonal conflict with another person etc.
Do you have any of these above mentioned conditions?

If you experience a stressful condition, your mind becomes pre-occupied with worries and thoughts related to it. This stress leads to many changes in body and mind. In body it stimulates sympathetic activity which causes increased heart rate, hasty breathing, sweating, dryness of throat, churning sensation in abdomen, sudden feeling of loose motion. If stressful condition persists even after some time then it brings certain changes in mind in the form of negative emotions (like anxiety, anger, resentment), negative thinking ( like excessive worry, inability to relax & sense of some thing going wrong), impaired capacity (like poor memory, fatigue and dizziness etc) and change in biorhythms and biodrive (like disturbed sleep, loss of appetite, low energy, low desire for sex etc) . In your case, you are experiencing disturbed sleep (change in biorhythm), dizziness (change in mind) and diarrhea (change in body) so apparently the stress may be the causative factor.

You should try to be relaxed, have good balanced diet, do regular walk/exercise, try yoga/meditation/relaxation exercise, avoid day time sleep, listen to good soothing slow music at evening & take warm water bath half an hour before going to bed. This may help in de-stressing your body and mind.
If still you experience the same problem, you may need a detailed evaluation by psychiatrist and prescription of some anxiolytics for some time.

I hope it answers your query. I wish you all the best.
