Hi,

If you are not new to smoking and have smoked previously, then I do not think that smoking just a single cigarette can cause such severe symptoms which also last for so long. I do not feel that this has anything to do with the cigarette being in the car for three days. In my opinion, your symptoms are due to some other cause, probably related to the food you took or some infection.

Best wishes.
