What Could Be The Cause Of Sudden Fainting In One Having Severe Fatigue And Depression ?
my wife suddenly fainted a few days back. Cardiologists could not find anything wrong with her heart . She feels very fatigued and depressed. what can be her problem?
Fatigues, physical weakness, palpitation giddiness and fainting can be the symptoms of depression when no known heart disease/disorder is present and it usually don't resolve with multivitamin but resolve to antidepressant. If cardiologist does't find anything wrong then better consult a qualified psychiatrist. Hope she will recover soon.

welcome to hcm
dear patient
sudden fainting might be due to low blood pressure because of various reasons.
you can do all routine check ups like routine haemoglobin tc dc esr and other relevant examination related to any finding. if evey thing comes normal than no need to worry. some times it happens due ti anxiety, tensions. have a healthy life style you wont face it again.
take care
