What Could Be The Cause Of Strange Feeling In Chest With BP Of 149/104?
I have a strange feelin in my chest. I felt my pulse yesterday and it felt like a had a couple extra beats then my bp was 149/104. I felt nausea briefly and couldnt stop sweating however had no pain. My bp since has returned to normal but i still have a strange feeling

Two possibilities may be there - i) Ectopics or irregular rhythm, ii) anxiety.
You should undergo an ECG testing in all leads to look for the cardiovascular rhythm abnormality. If the ECG is normal you should have an appointment with a psychiatrist.
