What Could Be The Cause Of Shortness Of Breath And Chest Pain?

Hi I am 30 mail, I have a history of heartburn For long time. I used to smoke. Before 6 months I had a chest pain and pain of the left arm and knees ,after exercise and while taking an ice cold water shower I had ECG, Ekocardiogram and stress test done and all are ok,but I have a pain on the
Chest and shortness of breath after I climb stairs .What could be the cause?

I really appreciate your concern here I could say that two possibility may be there looking to the history given here first is hyperacidity and second is allergic respiratory phenomenon these two conditions need to be ruled out and in my opinion the stress test (Treadmill) also required to rule out cardiac problem hope this information helps you have a nice day.
