Hello, I would like to have more information about you and the symptoms, however If the same kind of symptoms occur at exertion and you are above 50 years of age, diabetes, hypertensive, obese, bad lifestyle or any other risk factors for heart disease, I will request you to get a Treadmill stress test done, as the symptoms you describe fits into stable angina.
If none of the risk factors are there and you are in your 20-30, but not used to exercise, the symptoms may be due to just a bad dream you don't remember and need to build exercise tolerance.
