What Could Be The Cause Of Headaches And Tightness In Chest?

I am having tightness in the chest from inhaling bathroom cleaners. What should I do? I had a nurse at the place I work check my oxygen level, it was good. The tightness is easing up, I don't have a headache. The nurse said if I don't feel better I may need to go to my doctor. I was just wondering if there was anything I could do? Thank you

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic.....

You have inhaled cleaner of bathroom like diluted acid .....

Here only chest tightness was present and now feels better ....
So no need for worry about that....
It might be by irritation of respiratory mucosa.
Take rest....
Smoking and dust exposure kept limited.
Excess spicy and fried food like irritant avoided.
Wear mask while driving for few days.
If you feel cold antihistaminic drug taken.

If chest tightness increasing with difficult breathing consult pulmonologist to rule out bronchitis.
The doctor will do chest x ray and spirometry to rule out bronchitis and its severity according to which treatment given.

Take care
