What Could Be The Cause For Multiple Symptoms Such As Back Pain, Vision Problems, Shaky Hands And High Blood Pressure?

I have a persistent variety of symptoms. Back pain, neck and low back have been MRI d to no avail. Headaches accompanied by visual problems. Visual problems without headache...inability to move eyes to sides, light features in left eye that obscure vision. I also have numbness in my arms that has been attributed to carpal tunnel, occasional numbness in left front thigh, twitches in arms and legs and below left eye. My hands shake, blood pressure high (and medicated), generalized fatigue.

Hi,

Sometimes problems are not caused by one thing. If different times/body systems are involved it is more likely the causes are different than the same. MRI's will not spot irritated nerves or muscles. Mostly minor aches and strains are the most common causes of pain and do not show on the MRI. Shakes, blood pressure and aches are unlikely to be due to one underlying problem. Symptoms that are intermittent and involving a small area are often due to very minor causes.cannot say in your particular case, but generally.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
