What Could Be The Cause For Increased Tiredness, Mild Dizziness, Lack Of Appetite And Indigestion?

Three days of increased tiredness, mild dizziness, lack of appetite, indigestion and apathy. Moderate nausea and digestive upset. Upper abdominal pain from center to far right side. I suffer from GAD (taking 20mg celexa a day for 8 years) and Dr. suspected an ulcer (I have been taking 40mg PPI/day for 1 month) am waiting on follow up appointment next week. 33 year old minimum alchol intake, non smoker/drug user, mother of 3. Opinions?

Hello,

This is probably a gastric ulcer as your doctor said, all you have to do is to keep on taking the PPI till your endoscopy date comes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Salah Saad Shoman, Internal Medicine Specialist
