What Could Be The Black Stuff In The Cut?

I was fishing today I fell into muddy water and I was washing of from this cylinder drains and was pouring water out. I cut my finger a little on the metal and I think it was rusted. 20 min later I come home and put peroxide on it. Then later on my mom saw and she saw a little black stuff and she managed to get some of it out but there Is a tiny portion of black still she opened up the little cut and poured peroxide then neosporn then a bandade

hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.you have cut injury.my opinion is that,
1.wash the area twice daily using betadine solution.
2.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily over the wound for 7 days.
3.take analgesics like ibuprofen tablets twice daily for 7 days to control pain.
