Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears to be the sting of an ordinary insect, due to itching she would have scratched, knowingly or in sleep.
It got infected, and there is develop ment of pus, and a boil.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis, and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, and serratiapeptidase, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
