What Could Be The Best Treatment For Having Trouble While Urination?

i. Have been having trouble peeing and peed a white worm out about 2 to 3 inches and sharp pain in my lower back adbomin: and been nausea and really irritable and. Hard to pee and haven't had a period in about 3 months and itching in bothbutt and pussy and white discharge and today I peed a white worm and it hurt and burned so bad I cryed it was ver painful to pass through pee whole. What can I do about it please text me at 540-641-1042 please help me I have no insurance and I'm a diebitic and only 33 yrs old.. thanks sue shaw

Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Worm does not come from urinary passage, a very rare parasite called dracanculosis do so but in that case you will also have bleeding in urine.
It seems you are having bad urinary tract infection and you have passed a mucus thread or a pus bead that looked like worm.
In either case you are suffering a lot, you should get a routine, microscopy and culture report of the urine sample for exact diagnosis and treatment.
