What Could Be The Bacteria Present In The Water Similar To Water Bug?

I am trying to read up on the bacteria my doctor said I have caught but cannot find it for I don t know the full name nor how to spell it. She said it is a water bug I have caught it from sink water. It sounded like sarasha something??? I know it is resistant to Keflex which is the original antibiotic I was put on. What works for it is leviquin, bactrum and one other. Can you help me find my bacteria so I can read about it. Thank you

Perhaps it is Serratia or E. coli (Escherichia coli). You can't tell from the resistance to different antibiotics since different strains of the bacteria could have different resistances. These are 2 names I can think of that sound similar to what you heard. Why not ask your doctor or someone in the office directly to spell out the name of the bacteria that should be listed on your lab report? Hope this helps.
