Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

The orange brown spots on the left foot dorsa may be related with capillaries of dermis. It may be capillaritis...leading to Schambergs disease. It is a benign condition. The disease might progress up to knee. It may be caused after long time standing. For firm diagnosis, you consult dermatologist. You may ask this question with posting photos of the lesions directly to me on the plateform of HCM through premium question. You may take vitamin C for long time. Apply thrombophob oint. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
