Over the last two or three years I have had several symptoms and I am not sure what specialist to go to. Two years ago my blood pressure (bottom number) would drop to the mid 40 s, I would have trouble speaking, cranky, and tired. (I have ALWAYS been skinny and hyper). (I was staying up late going to college and getting 3 to 4 hours of sleep), along with working, picking and canning vegetables. I went to the doctor and heart test, thyroid, urine test, sleeping test was given with no results except to by over the counter sleeping assistant pills. (I did not do). Over time I have become more sleepy. I get up at 4:45 and go to bed around 10:30 or 11:30. If I sit down (around 9:00pm) I fall asleep. I am always tired, sluggish, was always constipated now I go regular and on the soft side. I check blood sugar frequently and it is around 79-91. In October I broke out in a rash around neck and shoulders that itched. Most of it went away but I still have bumps on the right side. At the time of out break I ran a low grade fever. Recently I get a sudden headache between ears and end of skill. It appears sudden then disappears a few hours lately and comes back off and on through the day. It has happen for about a month and half. In the last week or so it is less frequent but now I run low in body temperature. I am cranky and HARD to live with. I am a bear and get mad over absolutely small things. The last time I went to the doctor it was for the above test 2 years ago. Please advise I have looked on internet and think it could be lyme disease, hypothroidism, adrenal gland insufficiency, hypothalamus dysfunction, kidney, sepsis....
