What Could Be Done With The Scar Left By A Cut?

I had a small cut in the middle of my chin , It scabbed up and I took the scab off . sometimes I do that but it always heals with no scar , but this one is now looking like a scar and raise bump , will this go away and look unnoticeable. I will appreciate your help

Thanks for your query.
Putting a sheet of silicon gel on a scar every day may help it fade or keep it from getting worse.
Bleaching creams may help fade some dark scars, also called hyperpigmentation. Some hyperpigmentation is permanent, however. Ask your dermatologist for suggestions.
Steroid injections may help flatten raised scars, but a long-term course may be needed.
Dermabrasion uses special equipment to remove the surface of the skin, helping to reduce the look of raised scars. Microdermabrasion, a less invasive process, can help superficial scars.
