What Could Be Cause Of Sharp Heart Pain In A Physically Active Person ?

hi i am 39 yrs old, and have been loosing weight about 10 kg so far within the last 12 weeks. lots of low impact cardio in morning and weights at night.low carb diet with cheat days now and then,last 48 hrs heart has sharp pain almost in tune with heart beat. this happens from time to time around lower left of heart under nipple and left a bit. thank you.

from the symptoms it may not be heart problem
even then you better get a cardiac check up and consult physicia
till you get a check up stop exercises
may be doing weights some times may give sprains and spine problem
medical check up needed
do not fast and take regular meals and non spicy food
