What Could Abdominal Pain With Lower Back Pain Suggest?

Yes! I have been having mild abdominal pain for about a week now. yesterday after a nice breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast and grits I started having very sharp abdominal cramps also accompanied by lower back pain, boating and gasses. I am right now reluctant to go to the ER since it is Sunday and also want to find out a little about my symptoms.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Abdominal pain, bloating and gas after having a breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast and grits suggests food poisoning.
Lower back pain could be associated with abdominal cramps.
An antibiotic cover will help to clear the infection.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of antibiotic that will clear the infection.
In the meanwhile you can take pain killer for the abdominal cramps and lower back pain.

Thanks and take care
