What Could Abdominal Pain With Discomfort Pain In Legs Suggest?

Hi I m Tea, I was hoping you could help me with an odd abdominal pain that I m occasionally getting. It starts as a minor discomfort that slowly begins to intensify to the point in which I can t move due to the pain. Slightly raising my leg intensifies the pain and the only way I can fight it back is to lay on my stomach and pressure it inward. Could you advise me as to what this could possible be and what you think I should do against it? I would appreciate your assistance, thank you.
