General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to intertrigo. Intertrigo is a rash that forms in the folds of the skin. When skin rubs against skin, it causes  creates a warm, moist environment that is ideal for fungal and bacterial growth.

I suggest using an anti-fungal cream for local application. I also suggest to mamin a good hygiene.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
