General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Firstly, i would like to congratulate you and your wife and welcome you to HCM.

I want to calm you down, and explain that the Rh incompatibility is when the woman's blood type is 0- and your would be O+, not the opposite.
There would be a problem if it was the opposite because it may lead to a condition called Rh incompatibility, that occurs during pregnancy if a woman has Rh-negative blood and her baby has Rh-positive blood. In that case an injections of a medicine called Rh immune globulin could keep the woman's body from making Rh antibodies. This medicine helps prevent the problems of Rh incompatibility.
But, as I explained from the beginning, in your case you don't have any problem that could lead to this condition.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

I wish the three of you a healthy life!
