What Combination Of Drugs Help To Slow Down The Effects Of Osteoarthritis?

Spinal osteoarthritis that compromises nerve passage from their normal journey from the cord is very delicate and requires careful surgical relief. What type of treatment approach is best, what type of physician and surgical approach, what exercises offer long term relief, and what combinations of drugs, Laotians, or ancillary procedures help and or slow down the effects of osteoarthritis?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are mostly having unstable vertebral column due to osteoporosis which is causing nerve compression.
Following are the conservative steps for this.
1. Start calcium and vitamin D3 supplements.
2. Avoid movements like bending. Don't sit on floor. Don't sit with crossed legs.
3. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
4. Sit with proper back support. Always wear lumber belt.
5. Don't drive two wheelers. Avoid bad postures in sleep. Sleep on ortho bed (hard flat surface).
6. Take combination of pain killer and muscle relaxant drug.
Try all these for 1-2 weeks. If you are improving then continue same. But if you are not improving then surgical treatment like fixation of spine is needed.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
