Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This fall in bp is not significant. This is the normal variation in blood pressure and it's not responsible for your symptoms. So do not to worry about it. You can increase the fluid and salt intake to slightly raise your bp. Your symptoms are probably related to anxiety and psychological issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
