What Causes Yellowish Vaginal Fluid Discharge After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hello, I'm 19 I have noticed my vaginal fluid has changed. It's a nasty oder that is strong and yellow and dull in color. alot has been coming out through times of the day everyday for a few weeks I just had sex 3 weeks ago unprotected I got my period and its passed but the leaking has still continued. The yellowish vaginal discharge you are facing can be because of two reasons. Most common is bacterial vaginosis which is bacterial infection of vagina. Most common cause of such is chlamydia. Chyamydia is sexually transmitted through unsafe sex & can cause faul smelling discharge. Chlamydia can be very symptomless. Some patients are unaware of this untill they face some complication.
Other reason of smelly discharge would be fungal infection. Fungal infection would be having itching sensation along with discharge.

So you should visit a gynaecologist, she would diagnose by various tests & treat accordingly
