Yellow brown discharge from belly button after ALIF surgery is suggestive of infection. For treatment you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or moxikind-cv after an expert advice along with combiflam or meftal-plus for pain and inflammation. You can use neosporin powder for local application. Do regular dressing under strict aseptic precautions.
