Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

Don't worry. In my opinion it seems that your child is suffering from mild infection of gut or she is probably taking a lot of sugars in her diet leading to toddlers diarrhoea (not exactly even diarrhoea as the frequency is perfectly within normal range).

I would suggest,
-maintain a good hydration with ORS, Buttermilk, lemonade or soups.
-Keep a check on suger intakes and syrups.
- continue probiotics
- add antibiotic if fever or blood in stool
