What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge?
I had UTI twices which i took medicine and stoped now I have discharge white/yellowish and sometimes I feel itche at the nipple where I release urine.and ma face has bruise like fungal have used all the antifungal drugs but it goes on and off.and I have irregular periods for the past years since I heard abortion.I need to conceive n I think maybe the problem with my faces is because maybe of the discharge which is on and off.z

The symptoms are more consistent with infective causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Consult a gynaecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.
As of now you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
