What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

I have a vaginal discharge that has happened for a few days, I m 67 and i don t have really any other symptoms,no pain it is very pale maybe a tinge of yellow and a little bit more color today possibly reddish. Iv e had to wear a pad as not to go through my cloths.

Understand your concern
Yellow vaginal discharge mainly due to vaginal infection but it should associated with foul smells.
Consult the gynecologist and get the done vaginal swab test & urine test to confirm the infections.
Doctor will give you following advice:
Take single dose treatment: azithromycin + tinidazole + flucanazole.
Wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 times per day.
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear and maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash.
