What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge While On Mirena-IUD?
I had an abortion about 2 months ago. I seemed to have recovered normally no problems. I had the Mirena IUD put in place during the abortion surgery. I have had one normal period and lots of spotting. As of a few days ago, I starting having a sort of yellowish discharge that smells vaguely yeast-like, although I ve had many yeast infections and the discharge is normally very white. I m concerned that I might have an infection

This probably is an infection and you should do gynecologic examination and if it us confirmed, Mirena should be removed.
