What Causes Yellow Stool, Low Grade Fever And Vomiting?

I had what I thought to be s stomache flu for about a week. My symptoms were low grade fever diareah and vomiting. During the illness the diareah Was dark green. Now that I seem to be Over it my still color has changed to Bright yellow . Before getting sick I was on a low carb diet and had to Normalize my eating due too thr illness. Is the yellow stool a concern ?

The stool color should continue to normalize as you continue to resume your normal diet.

The brown color of stool is due to changes that occur to bile as it travels along the intestinal tract.Initially bile is green and causes the stool to be green but as it travels along the intestinal tract, it changes to a brown color.

When a person passes stool frequently, the bile does not have the time to undergo the normal changes and the stool appears green.

The yellow stool is also related to the bile. As everything normalizes, your stool would return to its normal color.
