What Causes Yellow Nasal Drainage, Sore Lymph Nodes In The Neck And Fatigue?

Last week I had yellow nasal drainage, sore lymph nodes on both sides of my neck and extreme fatigue. The soreness in the lymph nodes is gone, as is the yellow drainage, but I remain so tired. How long can I expect to feel this fatigue? I did not go see my doctor or take any antibiotics as I figured this was viral. Thank you
