my 16 month old grandson has been sick with diaharea for past 5 days and is now getting thicker more pasty poops he has had no fever. Today his poop has what looks to be like he ate beans or t=raisens which he hasn t and I also noticed some very small yellow gel lookinging stugg as well, what is it

Four to five stool in day would be normal
