What Causes Yellow Grains In Semen And Knot Above Testicle?

Hi, Yellow light grains in my semen (1-2), easily separable from semen and feel like grease. Is this is a problem? I feel I might be suffering from Varicocele, since I have had a knot just above my testicle and vas defrens, that node has existed for a long time, 14 years maybe.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of yellow grains in the semen which are like grease and a knot just above the testicle on the left side for the last 14 years.
The probable cause for the feeling of a knot is most probably a small epididymal cyst, which is a benign condition.
The yellow grains can just be a conglomeration of the desquamated epitherlial tissues and can be confirmed by only semen analysis tests.
Color doppler along with ultrasonography of the scrotum and whole abdomen can help to get a diagnosis and a plan for further management.
