What Causes Yellow Discharge From The Vagina?

Yellowish discharge in underwear Neither myself or my partner have an infection whatsoever And we have been checked but I noticed this, this morning What could this be a result of? There is no burning sensation at all And through out the day it is continuous ?

I understand your concern
Most common cause of yellow discharge from the vagina is vaginal infections.
Vaginal swab test and urine testing help in the diagnosis after consulting the gynecologist.
Doctor will give following advises.
Take single dose of azithromycin + tinidazole + flucanazole
Vaginal soppositor clingen and lactobacilli.
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vuinegar.
Drink plenty of water and take healthy diet.
Avoid excessive sweet in the diet.
Do regular exercie.
