What Causes Yellow Crusty Discharge On Foot Caused Due To Bug Bite?

A few days ago I got a bug bite on my foot...I have been applying anti-itch creme every day. this morning i noticed a small yellow crust over the bite. I've been trying my best not to itch it...but I'm guessing I have been in my sleep. I'm worried that its infected.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....

It seems that you have got infection at the bug bite site and the yellow crust is due to formation of ABSCESS and there is Pus formation in that area..
You should apply a Triple Antibiotic Ointment over that area after cleaning with betadine solution..
In case if infection is much and there is Pus discharge you should take a short course of antibiotics like Augmentin 625 mg thrice a day., Metrogyl 400 mg thrice a day and Pantoprazole 40mg once in morning empty stomach all to be taken for 5 days..
For excessive itching take Allegra 60mg..
