What Causes Yellow Colored Penile Discharge?

I have no smell penile discharge. its yellowish in the morning, foggy throughout the day and sometimes clear with little white bits. It sometimes burns when I pee. I got tested for gonorrhea chlamydia and syphilis, it was all negative. What could it be?

Best thing is to go for culture and sensitivity of discharge and also microscopy examination of discharge, and routine urine test.
Based on above results most appropriate medicine can be started.
