What Causes Wrinkly, Dry And Peeling Skin On The Testicles?

I shaved last night but I shaved with shampoo that I have never used before. I wake up in the morning and my balls are wrinkly, dry & peeling. I m pretty sure this is because of me shaving with the shampoo. Can t be an STD because I got tested weeks ago and everything came back negative. I m wondering what will make my balls go back to normal? I m currently using cortisone 10 intensive healing. Will this help my balls go back to normal?

BE relax.no need to worry, this cant cause STD.stop ant medication. the skin oftesticles are very soft, wash the area daily with mild anti septic that will help.
