What Causes Worm Like Painful Lumps Over Left Ribs Under The Breast?

I noticed two worm like lumps over my left ribs under my left breast when I raise my arm up my breast gets sucked in on the side and it feels tight and stabbing pain in where the veins worm like things are I can t lay on that side it feels sore and bruised like when touched and hurts my left shoulder and top of shoulder and neck have pain up to the back of my ear I have hard time turning neck it feels like a Charlie horseo

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have worm like painful lumps over left ribs under the breast . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like lipoma , chest infection , acid reflux and sebaceous cyst .

I would suggest you to consult general surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may chest its tenderness and consistency . Doctor may also order x-ray or CT scan . If need be he may do FNAC biopsy or mammogram to fix the cause of your chest lump.

For now apply warm compresses several times a day . Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and do not touch it again and again .
