What Causes Whooshing Sound In My Ears After Hitting My Jaw?

I was hit in the left side of my jaw and head about three months ago, when I was horseback riding the horse came up and hit me with his head. I was stunned but just had some soreness, actually had more soreness for a day in the right side of my jaw but it never became swollen and everything went back to normal. Last night I was actually accidentally hit on the right side of my jaw, which didnt end up hurting at all on the right but my left feels out of alignment now. I can't bite down with my left back teeth right away without moving my jaw around and it hurts in front of my ear and behind my ear in my head. I have also had a wooshing sound in my ears ever since the first accident that just got worse. I also had breathing issues that have not been diagnosed that I wonder if they also relate to this. Could I have something wrong with my jaw?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Most probably u may have dislocated ur jaw (not complete dislocation - in tht case u wont b able to close ur mouth) u may have to do TMJ physiotherapy
Chew food on both sides
Soft diet
The pain in the ear and surrounding areas may be there as all these parts are supplied by the same nerve
If pain is more u can take simple pain killer for that
If symptoms persisting consult an oral maxilofacial surgeon /ent surgeon
