What Causes Whitish Growth With Odor Under Penile Foreskin?

I ve a white skin like substance under my foreskin that will not go away even when I was regularly it s always there and sometimes has an odour it s really annoying but it s not itchy or inflamed it s just an unpleasant sight and smell. I don t wanna go to the doctor as I m embarrassed so if you could help me Id be gratefu.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection and irritation. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Avoid using soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water. In such case i would recommend creams or ointments with combination of anti fungal like miconazole , anti bacterial like neomycine and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application.
