What Causes Whitening Of Hair?
i m 19year old boy.. i have a healthy lifestyle.. i take lots of fruits, juices, nuts, eggs, cereals, n consume 10glass of water a day.. i m a health freak.. i do some yogas and exercises... but still 9month before some(10 to 20) of my hair strands become white... but before 4month whitening of hair increseas by 200% in front areas and little hairfall too.. but hairfall is stopped now.. but upto 30 strands of my hair are still white.. i just want a perfect solution.. please help me!! is it possible to turn all white hair into black .. n how to get more dense hair in temple front areas... please help!! please sir/mam..!! :)

I really appreciate concern, early premature graying of hair is common now a days and it could be genetically related nothing much can be done for this, the only option is hair color and it can be used hope this information helps.
