What Causes White Stuff In The Mouth?

I had a implant 3 months ago and now I am noticing white stuff around my whole mouth after I brush/floss, and use mouth wash. I went to my surgeron a month ago and he pushed on it, and nothing came out so it wasn't pus. I am wondering is this a sign the implant working?

Hi! gone through your query.

Your implant is yet to get osseointegrated. It will take 4-6 months roughly to be completely functional (for chewing).
A x-ray can be taken in the 5th or 6th month to assess the bone formation around the implant.A good bone level suggests a functional implant.

You did not mention if the white stuff is like a coating or the area you notice it.

I suggest you not to overuse the mouthwash.Mouthwash should be used diluted in 1:1 ratio.
You can use a saline water gargle twice daily instead of mouthwash(provided you are not hypertensive)
Make sure your blood sugar levels are under good control.

Any further queries related to the white stuff would be praised with the full details like the where do you observe it? (tongue/gums/ around implant/palate)
painful or burning?
removable?
it is like pus or a coating?

Regards.
