What Causes White Spots At The Junction Of The Lips?

I yeah I m 18 years old and for at least 4 years I ve had white dots on the inside of my mouth where one lip touches the other and I didn t think anything of it i t keeps bothering me and I m scared to get it checked out it stared spreading along my top lip but not my bottom it doesn t have a single white dot at all it hasn t don t anything out of the normal I think its herpes but I haven t really noticed any side effects I don t want to spread and need help

Hi.
As per your case history you are having Fordyce spots.
My treatment advice is -
1. These are physiological spots. So don't worry.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily to avoid infection.
3. Only curative treatment is cauterization or laser ablation done by a dermato-surgeon.
