General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely parasitic infection. Doing a stool routine examination and blood routine will be helpful to rule out this. Stool routine will help to find parasites or eggs if present. In blood routine eosinophilia also can be present in case of parasitic infection. Taking anti helminthic drugs like Albendazole , DEC and antihistamines like cetirizine will be helpful to clear this.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
