What Causes White Sore Irritating Pimple On Tip Of The Tongue?

Embarassed.. Worried. I thought, why not. Im exhausted and have much to do at home and work. Im a smoker. Im eating, drinking, having bm s, although my stomach is enraged with sounds and movement. I snorted Meth and I have a white sore on the tip of my tongue. Its very irritating. At first, was like a white head pimple and taste buds have been inflamed before. I rinsed with peroxide and it burned! Salt water rinses??

According to your complain you have small white pimple like lesion over tip of the tongue.
This is mostly inflamed taste burds.

This lesion is white in color so this is may be candida infection.

Herpes virus infection may cause pimple like growth in tongue.

Injury or trauma may cause elevsted lesion over tongue.

Some food allergy or lip cream allergy may cause lesion over tongue.

You have smoking habit that may cause white tongue lesion.
Leukoplakia may ruled out.

If this growth is long standing than that may be cancerous growth so biopsy us helpful for diagnosis.
