What Causes White Soft Tissue In The Stool?

I have a white soft tissue like substance in my poop , i also often find myself constipated I m pregnant and kind of concerned as to what it could be sometimes they look like worms and sometimes it s a thick white tissue attached to the poop. Any ideas what this could be ?

There are many cause behind white stool.
Following are the differentials diagnosis. ...

1)lactose intolerance
2)nutrition deficiency.
3)parasitic infection of intestine.
4)lack of bile production because of liver disease
5)some medicines.

Stool examination test is helpful for detecting any infection.
Abdominal ultrasound sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
