What Causes White Skin Below Scrotum And Small Pimples All Over Penis?
i have a small peice of white skin on the lower part of my scrotum , is this bad im a virgin so its not a STD , and i also have little white dots like very small pimples all over my penis and scrotum i dont no where ther comeing from or how to get rid of them?? plz help

It may be due to smegma.
There is no need for any treatment for that.
In case of bleeding you may require laser treatment after surgeon consultation.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Use plain water for washing
