I started to get white blotches on my forehead and scalp recently. They seemed to come up when I was to warm flustered or training. They usually would subside after a an hour or so. But the past few days it has flared up on more parts of my head in more areas than the past few times and they haven t gone away and are still noticeable. Could u advise me what u think could be causing this and if I need to go to my doctor to get it checked out??
