I usually pee a large amount of urine and i see what it looks like a white powder in the urine. when I wake up I notice edema in my eyes down the eyebrowns and my abdomen get biger during the day. I also have low vitamin d and my calcium levels are usually a little bit high 10.5. my gallbladder was taken aut a month a go due to lots and big gallstones. but I was before the surgery and continuous with a generalized pallor all over my body. they had done lots of blood test and every thing came negative except the calcium and vit d. I got colonoscopy and endoscopy, abdominal ct scans, ultrasaund that came up i have uterine fibroids and ovarian cyst. I also has a past history of pid in my country but here they said they suspect endometriosis. they also did 2 pth test to check for paratyroid but it was normal. I also was told i have a large endometrium. and the endoscopy said i have h pylori which i try to cure with anitbiotics but did not work. my symtoms are that i get easily tired, fatigued, thirsty, dizzy when i got to the mall,.my tongue appears white in the moring as well as my lips. pallor skin, my heart beats fast at night and sometimes after i eat, shaking fingers and falling hair and severe constipation. today im having my period and my urine was foamed. what do you think might be wrong with me? what doctor or specialist do you think i should go with?
